Finally, basil puree is sold throughout the year to major food manufacturers, and multinational companies in Sydney, Melbourne, Brisbane and Adelaide. An average of 3 tons per month is sold for use in products such as pesto, dips, marinades, sauces, pizza bases, flavourings etc.
