It operates from a comprehensive facility located in a major regional city on the North Queensland Coast. Situated in an industrial area, the 15,000sqm site includes large workshop with multiple overhead cranes (to 35-ton capacity), blasting and painting complex plus administration office. The civil construction group operates from a separate administration complex on a nearby 3,800sqm property. The freehold title to both sites, and a third nearby 16,000sqm property which is currently vacant, are included in the asking price.
